2. Data Collected in App

訪客暱稱、性別、年齡範圍、地區、session ID、大海聊天訊息（保留 14 日）、甜心許願池可選公開留言、爆炸糖暱稱／地區／公司標籤及帖文留言。若你安裝 App 並允許通知，另會儲存推送訂閱資料。

Guest nickname, gender, age range, region, session ID, Ocean chat messages (14-day retention), optional public comments on Sweetie Pies, Pop Rocks alias / district / company tag and posts or replies. If you install the app and allow notifications, a push subscription is also stored.

3. Data NOT Stored in App

投稿及興趣登記經 Google Form 處理，資料存於 Google Sheets，不存入 App 聊天系統。

Submissions and interest registrations via Google Form are stored in Google Sheets, not in the in-app chat system.

4. Third Parties

第三方雲端服務（聊天、甜心許願池公開內容及爆炸糖公開帖文）、Google（Forms 及 Sheets）。各服務有其獨立私隱政策。

5. Retention

聊天訊息：14 日；爆炸糖帖文及留言：直至用戶刪除、管理員下架或系統輪替；甜心許願池公開內容：直至管理員移除；推送訂閱：直至停用通知或重新開始；Google Form 資料：依 Google 政策。

Chat messages: 14 days; Pop Rocks posts and replies: until you delete them, they are taken down, or they rotate out; Sweetie Pies profiles: until admin removes; push subscriptions: until you disable notifications or Start Over; Google Form data: per Google policy.

6. PDPO Rights

您可聯絡 Glazehouse 查閱、更正或要求刪除您的個人資料（在法律允許範圍內）。請電郵 glazehouse.contact@gmail.com 並提供暱稱或投稿識別資料。

You may contact Glazehouse to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data where permitted by law. Email glazehouse.contact@gmail.com with your nickname or submission details.

7. Cross-Border Transfer

第三方雲端服務及 Google 伺服器可能位於香港以外地區，資料或會跨境儲存及處理。

Third-party cloud services and Google servers may be located outside Hong Kong; data may be stored and processed cross-border.

8. Moderation & IP Logging

遇舉報時，系統會自動評估舉報是否有效；管理員可依法調閱相關對話內容。提交舉報時，伺服器會記錄舉報者之 IP 位址，用作防止大量或虛假舉報（例如 🚩 門檻要求 ≥2 個不同 IP）。

Reports are auto-evaluated for validity; administrators may review related chat content. When you submit a report, the server logs your IP address to prevent mass false reporting (e.g. red-flag threshold requires ≥2 distinct IPs).
