1. Acceptance & Age

歡迎使用 Glazehouse。使用本服務即表示您已年滿 18 歲並同意本條款。本平台嚴格禁止未滿 18 歲之未成年人進入。

By using Glazehouse you confirm you are 18 or older and agree to these Terms. Access is strictly prohibited for individuals under 18.

2. Service Nature

Glazehouse 提供：大海— 即時匿名文字私聊；Sweetie Pies— 由管理員審核並潤飾後發佈的認真交友介紹。

Glazehouse offers Ocean (real-time anonymous chat) and Sweetie Pies (admin-curated dating profiles).

3. Conduct

本平台僅供真誠社交。嚴禁商業推廣、詐騙、色情裸露、惡意騷擾、恐嚇或色情敲詐。

Genuine social interaction only. Commercial spam, fraud, pornography, harassment, intimidation, or sextortion is strictly prohibited.

4. Third-Party Contacts

大海聊天內嚴禁傳送或索取外部社交帳號或聯絡方式。

Do not share or request external social media accounts or contact details in Ocean chat.

5. Sweetie Pies Submissions

投稿請透過 Google Form 提交。如需下架，請聯絡 glazehouse.contact@gmail.com。問卷中的 IG／Facebook 聯絡方式不會提供予任何人，除非雙方均同意配對且各方均已線下支付 HK$199 配對費。

Submit via Google Form. Request removal via glazehouse.contact@gmail.com. IG/Facebook details are not shared unless both parties consent and each has paid the HK$199 matching fee offline.

6. Matching Fee (Offline)

成功配對費用為每位 HK$199，由 Glazehouse 管理員線下收取（銀行轉帳／PayMe／FPS 等 — 非 App 內購）。配對費一經收取，概不退還。支付並不保證配對成功或關係發展。

The matching fee is HK$199 per person, collected offline by Glazehouse administrators (bank transfer / PayMe / FPS — not in-app purchase). Non-refundable once paid. Payment does not guarantee matching success.

7. Violations

違規可導致警告、暫時或永久封禁 session。嚴重違法行為將依法處理。

Violations may result in warnings, session bans, or permanent bans. Serious offences may be reported to authorities.

8. Disclaimer

用戶互動風險自負。Glazehouse 僅提供平台及配對協助，不參與、不監察、不擔保用戶之間的私人互動。

User interactions are at your own risk. Glazehouse provides the platform and matching assistance only and does not guarantee private interactions.

9. Governing Law

本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
