1. Acceptance & Age

歡迎使用 Glazehouse。使用本服務即表示您已年滿 18 歲並同意本條款。本平台嚴格禁止未滿 18 歲之未成年人進入。任何提供虛假年齡聲明的行為，用戶須自行承擔全部法律責任。

By using Glazehouse you confirm you are 18 or older and agree to these Terms. Access is strictly prohibited for individuals under 18. Users bear sole legal responsibility for fraudulent age declarations.

2. Service Nature

Glazehouse 提供：大海— 即時匿名文字私聊；甜心許願池— 由管理員審核並潤飾後發佈的認真交友介紹；爆炸糖— 匿名職場分享區。各功能性質不同，用戶應按需求選用。

Glazehouse offers: Ocean — real-time anonymous text chat; Sweetie Pies — curated dating profiles published by administrators after review and editing; Pop Rocks — anonymous workplace sharing. Each feature serves a different purpose.

3. Conduct

本平台僅供真誠社交。嚴禁商業推廣、詐騙、色情裸露、惡意騷擾、恐嚇或色情敲詐（sextortion）。系統會自動過濾外部聯絡方式。

Genuine social interaction only. Commercial spam, fraud, pornography, harassment, intimidation, or sextortion is strictly prohibited. External contacts are automatically filtered.

4. Third-Party Contacts

大海聊天內嚴禁傳送或索取 Telegram、Instagram、WhatsApp、Line、WeChat 等外部帳號或聯絡方式。

Do not share or request external social media accounts or contact details in Ocean chat.

5. Pop Rocks / 爆炸糖

爆炸糖為用戶自行發佈的匿名職場分享區。所有帖文及留言均為用戶個人意見，不代表 Glazehouse 立場。嚴禁誹謗，亦請勿公開他人姓名。公司名稱不以完整全名顯示，並不構成平台對任何機構的指控。

Pop Rocks is a user-generated anonymous workplace sharing zone. All posts and replies are users’ personal views and do not represent Glazehouse. Defamation is prohibited. Do not name individuals. Company names are not shown in full and do not constitute any allegation by the platform.

Glazehouse 可隨時移除、隱藏或限制任何內容，而無需事先通知。如需申訴或要求下架，請電郵 glazehouse.contact@gmail.com，並註明帖文時間、公司顯示名稱及相關說明。我們會於合理時間內處理。

Glazehouse may remove, hide, or restrict any content at any time without prior notice. For complaints or takedown requests, email glazehouse.contact@gmail.com with the post time, displayed company name, and details. We will review within a reasonable time.

用戶須對自己發佈的內容負全責。使用爆炸糖即表示你同意本節及本條款。

You are solely responsible for content you post. Using Pop Rocks means you agree to this section and these Terms.

6. Sweetie Pies Submissions / 甜心許願池投稿

投稿請透過 Google Form 提交，資料由 Glazehouse 於 Google Sheets 審核。管理員會人手潤飾後才發佈。如需下架，請聯絡 glazehouse.contact@gmail.com。

Submit via Google Form. Data is reviewed in Google Sheets. Only edited content is published. Request removal via glazehouse.contact@gmail.com.

經 Google Form 收集的資料僅作甜心許願池交友介紹及投稿人與有意者之間配對使用，絕對保密，不會流出予任何第三方，除非為完成雙方同意的配對所必需。

Data collected via Google Form is used solely for Sweetie Pies profile publishing and matching between submitters and interested parties, kept strictly confidential, and not disclosed to third parties except as necessary for agreed matching.

問卷中的 IG 及 Facebook 聯絡方式不會提供予任何人，除非雙方均表示同意配對，且各方均已線下支付 HK$199 配對費。取得聯絡方式後，用戶須自行向對方核實身份及背景；投稿人亦須承諾所申報資料均與現實相符。

IG and Facebook contact details from submissions are not shared with anyone unless both parties consent to matching and each has paid the HK$199 matching fee offline. After contact exchange, users must verify each other's identity and background themselves; submitters must confirm all information provided is truthful.

7. Matching Fee / 配對費用

透過甜心許願池成功配對之費用為每位 HK$199，由 Glazehouse 管理員線下收取及處理。配對費一經收取，概不退還（non-refundable）。支付配對費並不保證配對成功、關係發展或雙方相處愉快。

The successful Sweetie Pies matching fee is HK$199 per person, collected and handled offline by Glazehouse administrators. The matching fee is non-refundable once paid. Payment does not guarantee matching success, relationship outcomes, or compatibility between parties.

8. Violations

違規可導致：警告、暫時封禁 session、永久封禁。嚴重違法行為將依法處理。

Violations may result in warnings, session bans, or permanent bans. Serious offences may be reported to authorities.

9. Disclaimer

用戶互動風險自負。Glazehouse 不保證配對成功，服務按「現狀」提供，不保證不中斷或無差錯。

User interactions are at your own risk. Glazehouse does not guarantee matching success. Services are provided "as is" without warranty.

Glazehouse（管理員）對以下情況不承擔任何責任：

Glazehouse (administrators) is not responsible for:

• 配對後關係未能發展或失敗
• 雙方交換聯絡方式後未能相處或產生糾紛
• 用戶未能自行核實對方身份、背景或申報資料的真實性
• 任何因線下互動、約會或私人聯絡而引致的損失或傷害

• A match not working out or a relationship failing
• Parties not getting along or disputes after contact exchange
• Users failing to verify each other's identity, background, or submitted information
• Any loss or harm arising from offline interaction, dates, or private contact

Glazehouse 僅提供平台及配對協助，不參與、不監察、不擔保用戶之間的私人互動。用戶須自行判斷及承擔一切交友風險。

Glazehouse provides the platform and matching assistance only and does not participate in, monitor, or guarantee private interactions between users. You must assess and accept all dating risks yourself.

10. Governing Law

本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
